RITC MOZ recently held an important Mental Health Awareness Talk at its offices in Maputo. The session was designed to promote emotional well being, encourage open dialogue and reinforce the company’s commitment to creating a healthy and supportive work environment.
The talk was facilitated by a mental health specialist who shared practical insights on how to recognise early signs of stress, anxiety and emotional fatigue. Participants also explored strategies for maintaining balance in high pressure work environments, including mindfulness techniques, time management, constructive communication and the importance of seeking support when needed.

The session created a safe space for team members to ask questions and share concerns. It highlighted the role of self care and collective support as essential elements for stronger and more resilient teams. The facilitator also stressed the importance of regular mental health check ins and encouraged participants to prioritise wellness as part of their daily routines.
