From manufacturing plants and processing facilities to power generation and construction sites, these inspections help identify wear, defects, and performance issues before they lead to equipment failure or costly downtime.
Inspection of Industrial Machinery and Equipment involves the systematic assessment, testing, and certification of machines and mechanical systems used in industrial operations. This service ensures that all machinery is safe, reliable, efficient, and compliant with international and local safety regulations.
Comprehensive assessment of pressurised systems and vessels, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Performed on pressure vessels and piping systems to verify strength, durability, and leak-tightness under operational conditions.
Inspections according to API 653 (tanks) and API 570 (piping), conducted in-service and out-of-service using advanced techniques such as:
Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) for tank floor corrosion detection
RMS Scanning (A-scan, B-scan, C-scan) for shell inspection
ACFM Testing for crack detection
Vacuum Box Testing on floor plates
VT – Visual inspection of surface defects.
MT – Magnetic field reveals surface/subsurface flaws.
PT – Dye highlights surface cracks.
UT – Ultrasound detects internal flaws/thickness.
RT – X-ray/gamma imaging for internal defects.
ECT – Eddy currents find cracks/conductivity changes.
AET – Acoustic signals show active damage.
LT – Pressure/gas tests for leaks.
IRT – Thermal imaging for hidden anomalies.
GWUT – Guided waves screen long pipelines.
Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) are developed in accordance with customer-specific requirements and conditions. These procedures are qualified through weld test pieces fabricated under controlled conditions and witnessed by certified Welding Inspectors. Subsequent inspection and mechanical testing are conducted in metallurgical laboratories, culminating in the issuance of the Qualification Procedure Record. Welder qualifications follow the same stringent process these are all compiled according to AWS / ASME / EN-ISO and API standards.
These inspections not only safeguard personnel and assets but also extend equipment lifespan, minimize unplanned shutdowns, and ensure compliance with international standards — delivering confidence in every operation.
Thickness measurements on insulated, buried, or elevated piping, along with corrosion studies using MUT, CUI, LRUT, and GUL techniques for accurate condition assessment.
Inspection and quality assurance during fabrication and installation, ensuring that all mechanical components meet project and safety requirements.
End-to-end project quality planning, documentation, and supervision, supporting clients with efficient and compliant project delivery.
Our certification ensures compliance with international standards, reinforcing our commitment to quality, safety, and technical excellence in every inspection we perform.
